Metal IP66 Weatherproof Enclosures

Our metal enclosures are made from galvanised steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. They are coated with RAL7035 powder, providing a sleek and professional finish.

These enclosures come with an IP66 environmental protection rating, offering superior protection against dust and water. The removable gland plate and included mounting plate make installation a breeze.

The door opening is interchangeable, allowing for flexibility in mounting. The quarter-turn door lock and heavy-duty door hinges ensure secure closure, while the earthing kit provides added safety. The continuously welded seams enhance the enclosure’s strength and durability.

PowerNex TJ-AG Enclosures

Our plastic enclosures are made from polycarbonate plastic, known for its strength and durability. They come with an IP66 environmental protection rating and an IK-9 impact-resistant rating, ensuring your equipment stays safe and secure.

These enclosures also have a UL945VA flame-retardant rating and a UL746C UV-resistant rating, offering additional protection against fire and harmful UV rays. They are suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C, making them versatile for various environments.

The TJ-AG enclosures come with a mounting plate, wall brackets, mounting screws and a plastic insert, providing everything you need for easy installation.

PowerSource PBOX ABS Enclosures

The Power Source PBOX range is a cost-effective solution that caters to a wide range of dimensions and is suitable for housing power supplies, electrical connections, and control/monitoring systems. 

The PBOX range features UV-stabilised ABS plastic, which prolongs structural integrity over its lifetime. These PBOX enclosures are rated for impact resistance (IK08), flame-retardant performance (UL94-V2), and conventional dust & weatherproofing (IP66). All models come standard with plastic inserts.

The PBOX also features configurable internal mounting, with a range suited to different railings for DIN rail-mounted power supplies, monitoring, and control systems. The PBOX range features options for both clear polycarbonate screw on facing or standard blind ABS plastic cover. There is also an option for hinged facing, available with a clear lid or standard ABS plastic, making these enclosures highly suitable as control cabinets.
